Arthur Metz, from the vine to the glass

Arthur Metz is devoted to producing, maturing and bottling wines and to trade. Its activity encompasses the entire vine-growing and wine-producing sector.

The Wineries

Two wineries allow it to transform all of its production into wine.

Arthur Metz has established the following wine-making strategy:

  • demanding specifications for the grape growers under contract who work with the vines,
  • the creation of an aromatic profile tailored to the market and adjustment, at the optimal time, of the grape gathering with regard to this profile,
  • an improvement in grape pressing thanks to the technical contribution of high-performance equipment,
  • an improvement in the quality of the wine-making processes by means of temperature control,
  • optimal monitoring of the production process, from harvesting to bottling.
