The Petersbach site takes delivery of wines and spirits from all over the world.
After this step, the precious liquids are stored in fermenting rooms dedicated to each type of product. The vats have a total storage capacity of 150,000 hl.

Filtration remains a key step and receives every attention. The wines and spirits are then placed in the pre-racking fermenting rooms before being bottled on one of the four bottling lines available in Petersbach.
One of the major strengths of these lines is their ability to handle different bottle and corking formats (more than 60 in total).
Once the traditional or self-adhesive labelling process is complete, the wines and spirits are then stored at the correct temperature before being shipped all over the world!

Through their work with foreign wines (China, Chile, California, etc.), les Grands Chais de France are affirming their strong positioning on the international market.
Technicians, logisticians, oenologists, quality engineers, etc. work together to set the pace and adapt to the tastes and needs of each consumer, wherever they are in the world.
